In Helios, the emission parameters are as follows:

• Weekly emission amount (at launch): 30,000,000 HELI

• Weekly emission decay rate: 1%

• Weekly developer allocation: 3%

• Weekly emission allocation to liquidity providers: 97%

• The weekly veHELI rebase amount is calculated as follows:

$$veHELI Rebase = (veHELI.totalSupply ÷ HELI.totalsupply)³ × 0.5 × Emissions$$

• Rebase of veHELI does not affect the weekly emission amount of HELI.
